Gabriela Kipnis is an Associate at Conrad & Metlitzky. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Her experience covers a broad range of cases involving unfair competition, consumer protection, trade secrets, privacy, partnership disputes, employment mobility, class actions, contracts, and constitutional law. 

Gabriela has litigated cutting-edge legal issues for leading sharing-economy companies, and has represented some of the world's largest publicly traded corporations along with signature Bay Area companies and institutions. Gabriela’s background as a civil trial lawyer is complemented by her experience in federal criminal cases, including her representation of a defendant found not guilty after a bench trial in the Northern District.

Before joining Conrad & Metlitzky, Gabriela was a litigator at Morrison & Foerster. Most recently, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Seeborg on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  

Gabriela is active in the San Francisco legal community. She has served as a board member of the Anti‐Defamation League and as a firm captain for the Bay Area Urban Debate League's Champions of Diversity Challenge. She is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Federal Bar Association.

Gabriela graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Gabriela is a Bay Area native and lives in San Francisco with her husband. She is fluent in Spanish.
